The worst thing a parent can do to a child, in my opinion, is to fight in front of their kid. And not just arguing, I mean to the point that lives are on the line. Throwing plates, breaking things that are important to each other, one hides in the bathroom while the other beats on the door with anything they can find. How does this effect the kid, you ask? After the fight cools down, they both come into the kid's room and promises that it will never happen again. But, more likely than not, it won't be the last time they fight. That's the worst thing, in my opinion.
