I am very happy, and scared, to be in a skit in the talent show. I wrote the skit and I'm one of the lead characters, but I'm horrified of public speaking. One of my fears is not that I might forget my lines, for it would be shameful for the author of a play to not know her lines, but that every one will hate the play I wrote. I know at last year's talent show kids said that the skit was boring and silly. I hope my play won't be judged that bad, because I worked very hard to write it. Even if everyone hates my play, I still had a fun time developing the play and making new friends.
